If this is going to be used for emulators such as AlphaVM-Pro, VaxMP, AVTware or Charon-AXP/VAX then we strongly recommend using the following CPUS:

E5-2637v4 3.5GHz 4 Core or E5-2637v3 for up to 3 emulated CPUs
E5-2643v4 3.4GHz 6 Core or E5-2643v3 for up to 5 emulated CPUs
E5-2667v4 3.2GHz 8 Core or E5-2667v3 for up to 7 emulated CPUs
There is little difference in performance between the V3 and V4 cpus. You will make significant savings using the V3 over V4 cpus.
