The HP AlphaServer ES45 system offers features such as 10 64-bit PCI I/O expansion slots, up to 4 1.25 GHz Alpha processors, and up to 32 Gigabytes of ECC memory. As a result, HP Alpha ES45 systems are well-suited for mission-critical applications like high performance technical computing, telecom, and more. HP ES45 systems also come with hot-swappable RAID storage, advanced clustering support and other performance-enhancing features. The ES45 utilizes EV68C processors with up to 16MB cache per CPU. Supported operating systems include OpenVMS 7.3-1 and Tru64 5.1B. These systems are fully refurbished by HP and carry a full 1 year warranty from Island.
