HPE Integrity & Alpha replacement and onsite service contracts
Island Computers stocks a vast range of both HPE Integrity rx2800 serers and HP/DEC/Compaq Alpha servers and options
We can now offer both onsite service contracts with 4 hour response, and even better, next day replacement systems and parts.
We have many customers currently using our replacement service. This is beneficial to the user as it keeps downtime to a minimum.
Most onsite service calls with be handled within 4 hours, but actual repair and correction can often take 2-3 days. In fact, many of our overseas customers
have waited up to 2 weeks for repair of their production servers.

We ship our replacement servers by Federal Express Priority Overnight service. When same day or immediate replacement is required we can organise either a taxi service to hand deliver your server or we can arrange flights
to Caribbean and US destinations. These may incur additional fees. Bank Holidays and Weekend calls may also incur additional handling charge based on destination. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery to Canada due to Canadian customs delays. This can be overcome by our delivery to a US Border address and "walking" the products through customs personally.
Our Onsite service is handled by several 3rd parties. Primarily Park Place Technologies. We offer discounted pricing on all 3rd party maintenance contract published rates,
