This is used to connect from the front of the HP Integrity rx2660 Server - SAS 8 disk backplane to a AM312A* PCI-e RAID Controller
*Smart Array P812 mini-sas internal to HP Multi-lane SAS. 4 hard Drives per Cable. Includes Side-band data for correct functioning of leds
2 Cables required for an rx2660 - (Replaces AB419-67013 when using the P812 Smartarray RAID Controller.)
This cable can also be used on any Proliant system ( DL380 G5, DL380-G6 ) with an 8 slot internal backplane with multi-lane connectors
