Monolitic or Stacked DIMMS (one layer or two). We do have both styles in stock.

Island Computers provides the OEM version of these DIMMS as the market is no longer able to provide
HP or Compaq labelled product. These products match or exceed manufacturer's specifications for all commercial uses.
These are normally Samsung based DIMMS (an OEM for HP/Compaq) and carry a limited lifetime warranty
*These DIMMS contain the newest memory buffer chips to ensure compatibility with the Alphaserver ES40
(HP Had many problems with DIMMs manufactured up to 2001 due to a defect in the buffer chip used on their original MS610 series of memory)
Note: OEMs for these HP/Compaq products include: Samsung,Infinion/IBM, Hyundai, Toshiba, Micron, MMB/Dataram, Digital/Compaq. They are all interchangeable as long as they are STACKED (piggy-backed DRAM based) or Monolithic (unstacked) DIMMS 100Mhz CL2 ECC. These must be matched within an array !!!!!!!
